I got to thinking...

One of my bosses said something yesterday about this not being a "perfect world" - that simple statement got my mind chewing on what MY perfect world would look like. Hmmmm....

• Crafting - there would be loads of crafting supplies readily available - Like having an AC Moore or Michael's in your garage.
• Housework - we don't need no stinking housework! The "little elves" I wistfully dream of would actually walk the face of the earth and exist to constantly dust, vacuum & wash dishes.
• Food - I've got a confession, I'm not a fabulous cook. I have a few things that I can make really well, but I've been know to mess up instant mashed potatoes (wow! that's a load off - I feel much better now!) Sorry, wandered off topic for a second....anyway, did you ever watch Star Trek? Remember the food replicators? Those would be awesome!!! Whatever recipe you programmed in, you just say the word and shazam - there it is!
• Books - I LOOOVE to read. I also have this overwhelming love of built-in shelves. It would be so cool to have a library room in my house with floor to ceiling built-ins encircling the room, a big overstuffed comfy chair and a snugly blanket, so I could curl up with great book - - oh wait, there would have to be a fireplace too!

That's just a few of the things which would exist in my "perfect world". I'm sure everyone has their own ideas of their perfect world - I'd love to hear about them.
