I found the heart charms (with her name spelled correctly -
THAT doesn't usually happen) around Christmas-time last year and just couldn't figure out what I wanted to make for them - here's what I finally came up with...a wooden plaque, some card stock, the charms & some sparkle Mod-Podge.
