One of the booths which offered a free make & take was Scrappers Cove. They had a selection of the basics and some excellent prices on Adirondack Ink.
Impression Obsession was another vendor who had something I just couldn't resist - some clear long & skinny stamps for making borders. They had some pretty cute cards and scrapbook pages on display too!
The most brilliant idea I saw was the Page in Progress booth by Cropperware. It's a shallow box which can hold a 12x12 scrapbook page - it has a metal backing and comes with these little super strong magnets. You secure the pieces of your project with the magnets, cover it with the lid - and Shazam! - it will stay in place even if stored vertically. Quilters have found a use for this puppy too.
Another stunning product we saw was Glimmer Mist at the Tattered Angels display. They had a make & take, but they were SOOOO popular, we never got a chance to sit down and play. This stuff is very cool and just a tad pricey - but they do have online shopping AND gift certificates (I'm already starting my Christmas wish list as my favorite vendors from the expo).
